Technician Referral Bonus Program
One of the best ways for us to find new talent is through our network of technical personnel and prospective candidates. Our Referral Bonus Program helps you make easy extra money while helping a friend. If you refer a qualified person interested in new career opportunities, please contact us.
If the person you refer is hired by RIGHTECH for client assignment, you will receive a bonus of up to $100.00. You do not have to be an employee of RIGHTECH to qualify and can participate as often as you want.
In order to qualify, the referred candidate must be deployed to an assignment and stay there successfully for a minimum of 40 hours. Also, the referred candidate must be someone who is not already in RIGHTECH’s database, and they cannot be released from their assignment for lack of performance. The bonus is paid on the 1st payroll cycle after the candidate’s 40 hours are completed.
Company Lead/Project Referral Bonus Program
We are always looking for new companies to whom we can provide project support and help them staff their projects. A great way for us to find out about new companies or projects that may have a need for our services is through referrals. If you are aware of hiring managers that are looking for talent or of an upcoming project to which we can provide our technicians, please contact us.
If RIGHTECH is successful in turning a company lead into a new client and/or placing a person on a client project due to your help, we will pay you a referral bonus of up to $1,000.
