Please login and submit your time no later than 10AM each Monday.

Expense Reimbursement

This form is for all expenses while on project/assignment. Reimbursement must qualify as an allowable expense approved by the client (ex: mileage, tolls, materials, etc.) Please confirm with your recruiter what an allowable expense is before submitting this form. Please also remember to submit a clear copy of all receipts for purchases. You can contact your Field Coordinator for any specific questions.

Payroll FAQ's

When is my time card due?

All time cards are due no later than 10 AM every Monday. Timecards are required:

  • To be approved by an authorized representative of the client (project manager/site lead). Contact must approved your hours by signing your time card (unless you are instructed otherwise). If you are unable to get approval, please make sure your time card is submitted bu 10 AM Monday; this will increase RIGHTECH’s chances of getting approval in time to pay you on time.
  • To be only faxed or scanned to RIGHTECH (unless you are instructed otherwise).

Where do I submit my timecard?

  • You may submit your time card online through our time and attendance portal: Rightech JobDiva candidate portal. If you do not have an account, please contact your recruiter.
  • If emailing, please send to this address: timeandexpenses@rightech.net. Please call your recruiter to confirm receipt.
  • If faxing, please send to the number listed on your time card. Please call your recruiter to confirm receipt.

When do I get paid?

Payroll is processed weekly. You are paid the following Friday after your work week ends.

Exactly when you receive your money depends on your selected method of payment:

  • Direct Deposit: automatically each Friday.
  • Pay Card: automatically each Friday.
  • Paper check: mailed with the expectation of Friday delivery.
    • Please note: USPS may take up to 7 days to deliver your paper check to you. If you wish to enroll in Direct Deposit, please contact your Recruiter.

What do I do when I do not get paid time, or my check does not arrive within a reasonable time?

  • If you do not get paid as expected, or you suspect your check may have been lost in the mail, please contact your Recruiter, who will work with our Payroll department to resolve the issue.
  • Please note: due to bank regulations, it may take anywhere from 5-10 business days for your check to be resent.

What do I do if my pay in incorrect?

  • If you notice your pay is incorrect, whether due to incorrect rate, hours, or deductions, please contact your Recruiter immediately so that they can work to resolve the issue promptly.
Field Employee FAQ's

How often do i get paid?

  • RIGHTECH pays weekly. Our standard work week is Monday-Sunday. Timesheets are due Monday at 10:00 AM (local time) and payday is every Friday.

Does RIGHTECH offer direct deposit?

  • Yes, we also offer a Pay Card (debit card) program for individuals that do not have a bank account.

What happens if my project ends?

  • We will do our best to transfer you to another client project that requires your experience. There may be downtime between projects.

What happens if I get another job offer while working on a project?

  • We understand that things change all of the time. You are not locked into employment with RIGHTECH and are free to leave at any time. All that we ask is that you give us enough notice to minimize the impact to our client project without jeopardizing your chance at the new opportunity.

Does RIGHTECH withhold and pay my taxes?

  • Yes, you will work for RIGHTECH as a W2 employee. We will withhold and pay your payroll taxes and income taxes, You will receive a W2 from us at the end of each tax year.

Who do I contact if I am going to be late to work, or will not be able to report to work?

  • If you need to miss a day or are running late, it is important that you contact both your client supervisor AND your RIGHTECH Recruiter.

What if I am injured on the job?

  • On the job injuries are covered by our Worker’s Compensation insurance policy. If you are injured on the job, report the incident immediately to our HR Director at 732-726-3660, dial 0. Failure to report an injury within a reasonable period of time may jeopardize your claim.

What if I observe an unsafe condition while working for RIGHTECH?

  • It is important that you alert your Recruiter and client supervisor immediately if you notice any condition which could lead or contribute to an employee accident.
